Franchise database

Every brand we can see, drawn from the SBA loan record and state disclosure registries. What we hold differs brand by brand, and each page says which.

What the three kinds mean

A filing read brand has had its disclosure document read line by line. Most of the rest appear in the SBA loan record — real outcome data, no filing yet. A few have the opposite: a disclosure document and no loan record at all, because their franchisees do not borrow through the SBA. Those pages say so rather than leaving the silence to be read as a good result.

The fee, the investment range and the loan record are free — for every brand, without an account. Revenue is the one figure a credit opens, along with the rest of the filing: every ongoing fee priced out, the outlet churn, the terms and the flags. What access costs.

Revenue is the Item 19 average per outlet as the filing states it; ? marks one whose population the filing leaves ambiguous, which is not comparable with the rest. Charged off is the share of finished loans the SBA wrote off, coloured by the thresholds this site flags on: none, under 15%, 15%+, 25%+. Shown only where at least 20 loans have finished.
